Overall had excellent stay for a vacation. Its location around 4-6 minutes' walk from a history museum was marvellous.

Greatly enjoyed to spend 3 days in our cosy twin room with sofa and arm chairs plus variety of selection. The vibe here was warm. This was an amazing location not far from the water park and free parking in the centre of Białystok as well as Bialystok. Places like Tropikana Aquapark were relatively close to from here too.

The rooms were brand-new in the all bathrooms, the staff were accommodating. It was in a particularly good and unbeatable location with Army Museum in Bialystok nearby.

The room was a nice size and warm with a beautiful view.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. We couldn't believe the prices for such a central location in the city. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the modern room key system to the complimentary mineral water, they really thought of everything. Lastly, the breakfast was a delight. With a wide variety of Polish specialties on offer, we had a taste of the local cuisine and it was delicious.

All in all, our stay was fantastic and we couldn't fault a thing.

Good breakfast - really wide choice. Convenient rooms. Good swimming pool and saunas, pool with artificial waves.

Neither fridge no safe in the room. Tropicana aquapark shouldn't be the first reason to choose this hotel - there is just one slide (not a PVC one, but made of concrete - one will feel that with his side).

What we really liked in this hotel was the terrirory of the swimming pools.It was even better than in most of the turkish hotels.The room was very comfortable and breakfast was nice.We decided that we will come back there.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the city Centre was very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the friendly reception staff to the helpful bar staff. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The hotel also offered a range of dining options, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area serving delicious meals and drinks. The spa and wellness centre was a highlight of my stay, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The aqua park was also a big hit, with water slides and sun loungers for a fun and relaxing experience. The hotel's free parking and 24-hour reception added to the convenience and security of my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We liked possibility to use indoor swiming pool

I liked the Aquapark. As for children, it is wonderful! The water is warm, three large jacuzzi with different additives, and the type of grass, dirt, and magnesium. Although I would say that this is an Aqua Park, and just a good big wave pool and baths. Rooms wanted more. Also lacks the serpentine in the shower where you can hang wet smelting and swimsuit; air conditioning-room stuffy; Wired Internet would replace the wi-fi. The restaurant service is Super! Feel the Queen. But expensive. The price is twice higher than in the city.

The twin room is nicely furnished and brand-new. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and accommodating, managed the parking on-site.
